Here’s a video from one of my recent concerts with two of my best buddies. The Victoria Guitar Trio performs Avril 14th by Aphex Twin (arranged by Adrian Verdejo) in Sidney, BC for Oak Bay Music Society. Guitarists Adrian Verdejo, Bradford Werner, Michael Dias. If you don’t know Aphex Twin, it is an alias / band name for Richard David James (b.1971), an Irish-born British electronic musician. His work in a variety of electronic music styles since the late 1980s has won him widespread critical acclaim. This one was a piano (player piano?) instrumental from his album titled Drukqs.

Bradford Werner

Bradford Werner is a classical guitarist and music publisher from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He originally created this site for his students at the Victoria Conservatory of Music but now shares content worldwide. Curating guitar content helps students absorb the culture, musical ideas, and technique of the classical guitar. Bradford also has a YouTube channel with over 94,000 subscribers and 13 million views. He taught classical guitar at the Victoria Conservatory of Music for 16 years and freelanced in Greater Victoria for 20 years and now dedicates much of his time curating content online and helping connect the classical guitar community.
