Roland Dyens plays Fernando Sor’s Le Calme, Django Reinhardt’s Nuages, and Astor Piazzolla’s Oblivion + Libertango on a 1947 Bouchet guitar. Includes an excellent into about the guitar and the usual hilarious banter by Dyens that one can not help but love! Plus a great mix of classical and jazzy repertoire. This comes via the great guitar salon Guitar Salon International showroom in Santa Monica, CA and their fantastic YouTube channel. Very cool info about the guitar and a word to GSI that you should make videos simply talking about guitar history, David was super interesting!
