Patrik Kleemola Plays Five Preludes by Villa-Lobos

Finnish guitarist Patrik Kleemola performs Five Preludes by Heitor Villa-Lobos (1887-1959) on classical guitar. This comes via Kleemola’s YouTube channel. Recorded at Sigyn Hall of Turku Conservatory, Finland. Great performance by Kleemola and wonderful to have all five preludes in one place. Kleemola has been recording some excellent sets of repertoire on his channel so go subscribe for more. As he mentions, “The last work of Villa-Lobos wide repertoire for guitar, this set of Preludes was completed in 1940 (in Rio) and the work is dedicated to the composer’s spouse Mindinha (Arminda Neves d’Almeida).”
