Kevin Loh Plays La Vie en Rose

kevin-loh-atkins

The young Singapore guitarist Kevin Loh plays La Vie en Rose (cover) arranged by Chet Atkins. Nice to see Loh branching out and keeping his YouTube channel alive and kicking! He’s in good form here with a cool and relaxed sound but nice consistent tempo… You can read more about Kevin Loh via his bio page on his site, but you likely remember him from: “In 2012, Kevin became the first Singaporean to compete and win the prestigious Guitar Foundation of America’s International Youth Competition (Junior). In 2013, he played with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra in their thirty-forth anniversary concert for the world premier of Bernard Tan’s Guitar Concerto. This year , Kevin took 1st prize at the Andres Segovia International Youth Guitar Competition in Germany.”

If you want the sheet music I’m pretty sure it’s in this book via Amazon (I don’t own the book myself): Atkins in Three Dimensions.
