Drew Henderson Plays Introduction & Caprice, Op. 23 by Regondi

Drew Henderson plays Introduction & Caprice, Op. 23 by Italian guitarist/composer Giulio Regondi (1822–1872). If you don’t know Regondi, he was a child prodigy, Sor even dedicated Souvenir d’amitié, op. 46 to Regondi in 1831 when he was only nine years of age. I like the straight forward pulse of Drew’s introduction with some rubato but not too much, keeping things moving along. Saves my patience for the caprice.
