Gohar Vardanyan (via sponsor Strings by Mail) gives a lesson for Etude No. 4, Op. 60 by Matteo Carcassi (1792-1853). This comes via her YouTube channel. This is a great etude for alternating between arpeggios and slurs. If you don’t know Carcassi’s Opus 60 it is an excellent source of etudes for its clear and obvious pedagogical benefits. There are lots of good editions of the music (some free facsimiles online) but you might consider the Shearer edtion by Alfred pub via Amazon.
