Cicchillitti & Cowan Play Mompou

Canadian guitarists Adam Cicchillitti & Steve Cowan play Angelico, 1st movement from Music Callada by Federico Mompou (1893-1987). Great sensitive playing here by Cicchillitti & Cowan who have become a duo to closely follow. This comes via Grand Guitar Salon over in Montreal, Québec, Canada and the Salon’s YouTube channel. Video/ sound by the amazing Drew Henderson. Mompou was Spanish (Catalan) composer and pianist and Música callada (Silent music or Voices of silence) is a solo work for piano arranged here for two guitars. Below is the piano version with score just out of interest.
