Carreiro-Williams Duo Siccas Guitars Concert

Carreiro-Williams Guitar Duo with Jose Carlos Carreiro and Torrin Williams perform a concert including repertoire by Bach, Rameau, Ponce, and Carulli. This comes via Siccas Guitars and their YouTube channel where you can also see which guitars are being played. Fantastic ensemble performance with nicely matched, phrasing, articulations and ornaments in the Baroque repertoire.

Here’s just a brief excerpt about the duo but you can read more at their bio page: “Jose Carlos Carreiro and Torrin Williams met whilst studying at the Royal Conservatory The Hague, the Netherlands, whilst studying with prof. Zoran Dukiç. Since then, they have respectively continued their Master studies at the Kunst Universität in Graz, Austria. Studying chamber music with prof. Petrit Çeku and early music with lutenist David Bergmüller they have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise of music from the Baroque to the contemporary.”
