CARisMA Guitar Duo (Magdalena Kaltcheva and Carlo Corrieri) play their arrangement of La Danza, Tarantella Napoletana by Gioachino Rossini (1792–1868). La danza (1835) is a patter song by Rossini, in Tarantella napoletana time, the eighth song of the collection Les soirées musicales. This comes via their YouTube channel. Intense arrangement and playing. Plenty of risky virtuosity and some fun shaping and ensemble exchanges. They’ve played a number of popular arrangements, some arranged by them and others by period composers/arrangers. They have the below video of The Barber of Seville by Rossini and arranged by Mauro Giuliani (1781–1829).
