This edition of Alman (Allmayne) by Robert Johnson (c.1583–1633) is an arrangement of the original lute work. It was one of my favourite works to play on guitar when I was growing up. Once you learn the fingering and the later-half web of motives the piece is not very difficult. It might take some time to smooth out the changes but it’s well worth the effort.
