Guitarist Adam Levin plays a world premiere of Espacio de Guitarra by Spanish composer Cristobal Halffter. June 16, 2017 at Jordan Hall, New England Conservatory, Boston, MA. Great performance filled with great colours, articulations, and some intense angular rhythms, then lovely section around 6min that drifts so peacefully. Over the past 8 years guitarist Adam Levin has been working on a 21st Century Spanish Guitar commission and recording project to be released in four volumes via Naxos Records.
